In addition to one on one physical therapy treatment sessions for osteoporosis, we also offer twice-weekly exercise classes taught by a physical therapist.
Physical therapy encompasses education, strengthening, balance, flexibility, and fall prevention.
Classes are 55-minute sessions that begin with education on a specific osteoporosis-related topic, followed by progressive strengthening, flexibility and postural awareness re-training in a small class size setting.
